Oxley Serangoon’s private event on 7 December served up Serangoon heritage eats and plenty of information on their latest project, Affinity at Serangoon.
Crowds started streaming in at around 7pm in the evening and by about 730pm, the showroom was packed to the brim. A stunning 3D model of Affinity at Serangoon in the centre of the room gave potential buyers an idea of how the development would look upon completion, where the one- to four-bedroom apartment blocks were positioned, and where the strata landed houses were situated on the premises. The showflats, modelled to actual room size and design, were also outfitted with actual interior fittings, so that visitors could have a touch and feel to see if the products fulfilled their requirements.
With Serangoon being the foodie paradise that it is, having a good sense of living in the area would not be complete without sampling some of the food. The developers arranged for some of the popular hawker stalls located in the Serangoon Gardens estate, namely, Serangoon Garden Bakery & Confectionery, Yong’s Teochew Kueh, Aliff Nasi Lemak, Tip Top Curry Puff, Kim Heng Roasted Delights, and Long Kee Carrot Cake, to set up food booths. The scrumptious food offerings, such as the roast duck, roast pork, carrot cake, and nasi lemak proved to be a hit with the guests who raved about the food and helped themselves to seconds.
As the crowd settled into their seats to enjoy their food, Master Jet Lee, a renowned Fengshui master, took to the stage for the rest of the night, sharing Chinese zodiac predictions for 2019 and tips on what to look out for when purchasing a property.
The event may have ended, but the developers are always open to answering further queries or follow-up questions. If you have any questions about the development, kindly contact Darryl Ho (9769 1212), KT Tan (6100 3377), Edward Lim (9386 4523), or Daniel Lee (9682 6068), or visit the Affinity website.
