The acclaimed Mirazur restaurant led by chef Mauro Colagreco visits Singapore for a three-month residency to launch Mandala Club at Bukit Pasoh.
In a time of restricted travelling and restless diners, Mandala Club (formerly Straits Clan) welcomes three Michelin-starred restaurant, Mirazur, for a three month pop-up from 14 May to 11 August. Chef Mauro Colagreco returns to Singapore where his establishment in the sunny hills of Côte d’Azur clinched top title at The World’s 50 Best in 2019.
Taking over Kin, he’ll present his “CosmoCuisine”, comprising four rotating lunar menus – starting with Leaves from 14 May to 6 June, Flowers from 8 June to 27 June, Roots from 29 June to 18 July, and Fruits from 20 July to 11 August – in six- and nine-courses for lunch and dinner. Not deviating from his offerings at Mirazur in Menton, each of the menus will showcase produce from Colagreco’s garden flourishing under his holistic agricultural philosophy.
Like the original Mirazur experience that begins the moment guests arrive, the pop-up includes a reimagining of the Clan Café as a greeting from the Mediterranean coast and the green hills of Côte d’Azur.
Proceeds from 15 May dinner will go to =DREAMS, a local initiative by the South Central Community Family Service Centre that aims to support low-income and vulnerable families.
