Closing its doors at Ann Siang Hill, Operation Dagger invites guests to participate in intimate sessions of R&D at its pop-up at Straits Clan.
One of the world’s most celebrated bars is on a journey to reinvent themselves! Known for their unconventional methods, Operation Dagger takes to the attic of Straits Clan after closing their Ann Siang Hill brick-and-mortar on 31 October.
Named The Dagger Lab, the pop-up will run from 1 December 2020 to Chinese New Year next year. There, guests are treated to experimental concoctions and a more hands-on experience from head bartender Thomas Girard and his award-winning team. The team’s only desire? Help them push their boundaries.
With boundless potential for creative freedom, The Dagger Lab hopes that through this “lab experiment”, they will be able to create something distinct and exciting for the bar scene in Singapore and the world.
Fans of Operation Dagger can follow its metamorphosis at @operationdagger, and via its bottled experiments to take home from December, available for sale from the bar at Clan Cafe on the ground floor of Straits Clan.
