One-Michelin-starred Duddell’s from Hong Kong opens its first outpost in London’s Southwark, near London Bridge.
While soaking in the atmospheric surroundings of its venue at St Thomas Church, a historic Grade-II listed building, savour Duddell’s Hong Kong’s signatures such as Dim Sum Symphony and Peking duck served with eight condiments. Executive head chef Daren Liew, formerly from the Hakkasan Group, will also be whipping up other dishes such as smoked Black Angus ribs with red wine soy and baby peach; and Rhug Estate lamb with shishito pepper and eryngii mushrooms.
For drinks, enjoy a good mix of Old and New World wines, as well as a range of classic and Asian-inspired cocktails such as Screwpine Negroni, made with pandan-infused gin and suze-washed coconut oil; and Hybrid JIA Tea, a gin-based drink made with jasmine tea cordial, apricot and homemade hibiscus soda.
