Located at the new Ocean Terminal Extension 101 in Tsim Sha Tsui, the luscious HEXA restaurant is a super stylish destination for Chinese cuisine and nightlife.
With panoramic views of the harbour and Hong Kong skyline, HEXA is decked out in 1960s-inspired chic, with black and white geometric flooring, pastel banquettes, a magnificent green marbled bar and an al fresco area for lounging.
Expect elegant dim sum and dishes of the various regional cuisines of China, by chef Harry Hung, formerly of the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.
They include signatures like smoked chicken in longjing tea, steamed bamboo charcoal shrimp dumplings, and steamed grouper fillet, crab and red ginger with crispy conpoy. From the bar, enjoy exotic cocktails infused with Asian herbs.
