With a dome-shaped ceiling, pristine white walls and ornaments in that iconic shade of blue, it almost feels as if you are dining in a Cycladic house in Greece. A Greek meal always has dips to accompany, and the traditional taramosalata is made with cured cod roe, lemon juice and onions, served with homemade toasted pita bread. The salt-baked sea bass is also not to be missed, with the baked salt crust that helps retain the moisture in the fish. Another gem of the sea is featured in the octopus souvlaki, where the meat is char-grilled with fats from aged wagyu for an added richness.
