Corner House

Contemporary / Fine Dining

Nestled within the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Botanic Gardens, the walk through the beautiful flora to Corner House sets the tone for the dining experience. The dining space offers a view of tropical flora through glazed windows, while polished wait staff bring out baskets of freshly-baked sourdough and squid ink dough fritters with belachan (spicy shrimp paste) butter on the side. It is a commendable effort to infuse cross-cultural traits through the dishes, such as the reinvented chicken satay accompanied by the Asian version of the Albufera sauce of French liquor and foie gras.
