There’s one thing that CUT by Wolfgang Puck, awarded a one Michelin star in 2016, does well—steak. Head for their cuts of Japanese Wagyu from Sendai Prefecture or 21-day aged USDA Prime, offered as hefty portions at a minimum of 170 grams that are fired over applewood and charcoal. Charred till a tender medium rare, the meat needs little help but if you need additional condiments, we recommend the spicy Argentinian Chimichurri or the Creamy Horseradish. And if you have room, try the Kaya “Baked Alaska” for an amalgamation of local dessert flavours.
