A brand-new concept by the Da Paolo Group, Da Paolo Dempsey Restaurant & Bar is helmed by group executive chef Andrea Scarpa, who has created delicious all-day dining menus.
Highlights from the brunch menu include the Spicy Italian Shakshuka with free-range eggs, homemade meatballs, chorizo, and charred eggplant. Also good is the Burrata Bruschetta ($24) complete with San Daniele ham and pesto.
The stars during lunch and dinner are the pastas and pizzas, prepared fresh from the live stations—the Braised Beef Cheek Pappardelle with a sumptuous red wine veal glaze and shavings of pecorino, as well as the Naples-style spilinga pizza showcasing the Da Paolo Group’s homemade tomato sauce prepared with Italian tomatoes.
