Stir-Fried Angel Hair Pasta in Black Truffle Sauce

The kale tofu with wild rice featured three grain types: white, brown and wild, stir-fried with mountain yams, chickpeas and carrots, then tucked into a bamboo box and steamed for 45 minutes. The result is an immensely earthy dish packed with flavours.

Guests will love the wok hei-kissed brown rice with edamame beans, king oyster mushrooms, and asparagus. This seemingly simple dish is a contrast of textures and is delicious.

Make space for the chocolate lava cake with gelato, and pair it with interesting concoctions such as pink salt coffee.
