Etna Italian restaurant is known for its warm attentive service, an important factor that shapes the dining experience you’ll have here. After all, Etna is one of just 20 authentic Italian restaurants in Singapore that have received the Ospitalita Italiana Gold Seal Award.
Signature dishes here are made with produce imported from Italy such as the Burrata di Andria with parma ham. The pastas, of course, are housemade and stellar. There’s a crab linguine dressed in thick crabmeat sauce, while the homemade lobster ravioli with butter pistachio cream and prawns is a generous serve that goes well with a dry white from their Italian wine selection. For mains, the stracotto showcases tender beef ribs, slow-cooked for 48 hours.
Desserts are worth saving space for, too. The pistachio tiramisu, in particular, features a layer of pistachio cream brought in specially from Bronte, Sicily. The nuttiness adds a different dimension to the usual chocolate and cream dessert, and goes well with a sweet dessert wine. Ask the friendly and knowledgeable in-house sommeliers for suitable Italian wine recommendations to ensure the best pairing for your meal.
