Try the Capellini Crabmeat, where chunks of sweet crab bring a chewy bite to an Aglio-olio style capellini mixed with charred red peppers and chilli. The Ginger Ale Fish & Chips and Har Cheong Gai—shrimp—paste marinated chicken wings—were sinfully flavourful, but great for sharing.
