Oriole Coffee + Bar

Death Cream

Their maxim reads ‘Coffee by Day and Bar by Dusk’, and it’s surprising how well one concept blends into the other. No disrespect to local “sock-filtered” coffees, but connoisseurs will recognise the barista’s magic touch here.
Signature in-house drinks such as Death Cream—made with vanilla beans, espresso and cream and M.A.D. Milk—a dairy-free, cold-pressed nut milk made with macadamias, almonds and dates.

Crabmeat Capellini

Diners can pair them with the all-time favourite Oriole Truffle Burger, a well-blended orchestra of grain-fed beef patty, sautéed mushrooms, caramelised onion, and melted cheese between buns.

Try the Capellini Crabmeat, where chunks of sweet crab bring a chewy bite to an Aglio-olio style capellini mixed with charred red peppers and chilli. The Ginger Ale Fish & Chips and Har Cheong Gai—shrimp—paste marinated chicken wings—were sinfully flavourful, but great for sharing.
