An upscale presentation of the diverse cuisine of Punjab, the menu at Punjab Grill might overwhelm the uninitiated. Thankfully, chef Javed Ahmed has come up with tasting menus for a crash course of sorts.
Order from the à la carte menu so the dishes don’t easily overpower one another. Our choice of the Sarso ka Saag, a souped up version of palak paneer made with green mustard leaves, as well as the generous portion of Tandoori Garma Garam Prawns with the fluffiest Jeera Rice we’ve ever eaten, were hits all around.
