The Wagyu Oyster, for instance, is a winning combination of prime Japanese beef (aged to perfection and sliced thinly) wrapped around a fresh plump Canadian oyster. It’s a great way to whet your appetite, and get you ready for more stunning dishes such as a refreshing Heirloom Beetroot Salad that is sweet and crunchy, or a hearty Country Style Oxtail. The latter is a rustic dish that looks right out of a farmhouse kitchen, and features chunks of tender beef cooked in a rich stew.
End your meal on a sweet note with the Coffee Tart, a bittersweet dessert that comes in the form of a buttery tart base, topped with expertly piped coffee crème and a little crumble.
